How can I invest with Investment Forge?
To become a member you should first register for an Investment Forge account. Once you are registered, you can make your first deposit. All deposits should be made from the Member's Area. You can login using the member username and password you mentioned when you signup.

How can I open an account?
It's quite an easy procedure. Follow the Registration Link, fill in the registration form and then press the SIGN UP button.

How can I make a deposit and withdraw funds?
In order to make deposit you need to sign up for the an investment account with us and then complete the deposit using the payment system preferred.
Follow this link: http://www.investmentforge.com/investment.html to see the description of our Investment Plans offered. In order to withdraw, you need to login to your member area, choose the running program and press the WITHDRAW button. Before making a withdrawal request please make sure you are allowed to do that in accordance with the program terms.

How long does it take for my deposit to be launched into work?
As you complete a spend, it takes maximum 24 hours for it to be approved by the system and put into work.

How can I change my e-mail address or other personal information?
Log into your Investment Forge account and click on Account Options. From there you can change your email address and password.

What if I can't log into my account because I forgot my password?
Click link, type your username and e-mail and you'll receive your account information.

Are the profits paid directly in my e-currency account?
All profits are accumulated on your Investment Forge account and you can withdraw them anytime in accordance with the withdrawal terms for the particular plan chosen.

Can I make additional deposit to Investment Forge account once it has been opened?
No, you cannot make any additional deposits to the currently running plans. However, you may open as many programs as you like from one account. All transactions are handled separately.

Can I open several investment accounts with Investment Forge?
Yes, the number of investment accounts you can open is UNLIMITED.

Can I launch more than one plan from one investment account?
Yes, the number of plans one may launch from one investment account is UNLIMITED.

After I make a withdrawal request, when will funds be available on my e-currency account?
After the withdrawal request is made, it may take up to 48 hours for the money to be transferred to your e-currency account.

How can I change my password?
You can change your password directly from your Member's Area by editing it on your personal profile.

Do you offer a referral program?
You can become our partner and make extra profit using our referral program. Once the person you refer to our project makes investment you get the bonus for that 5%. The referral bonus 5% is paid to your e-currency account within 24 hours since the actual investment has been made.

How do I check my account balances?
You can access account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week over the Internet.

What e-currencies do you currently accept?
Currently we can accept investments and pay the profit via Liberty Reserve. However, we may add other payment methods at any time at our sole discretion.

How do I make a spend?
In order to join our investment plans you need to sign up for an account.
Follow this link http://www.investmentforge.com/signup.html to fill the form and complete the registration. After you pass the signup procedure you can log into your Member Area and move to the balance section, then choose the plan you are interested in, type the amount you want to invest (see the amounts allowed for each plan above) and press the DEPOSIT button. As you are redirected to the secured payment page you will be able to complete the spend.
